I begin with your perspective: what brings you here, what matters to you and what you hope to understand. We then discuss whether I can assist, any initial checks and the proposed next steps. You speak with the lawyer who will be working on your matter.
Before work begins, we discuss the proposed scope, responsibilities, communication and fees. I explain the arrangement and make room for your questions, so we have a clear understanding of the work ahead.
Yes. Choose an area, a preferred time and a short brief. Your plan appears in the client room, where you can organize questions and documents. A prepared plan is yours to keep; the appointment still needs confirmation.
