What is the difference between taping and plastering?
Taping joins the drywall sheets into a smooth surface. Plastering can cover and refine larger areas. CFM handles both, including complete finishing.
How is a project priced?
Surface area, ceiling height, the condition of the drywall and the finish level all affect the quote. Describe your rooms and provide photos when you contact the team.
What is a Level 5 finish?
A full skim coat is applied across the surface, rather than only over the joints. CFM offers this on request for spaces with demanding light, large windows or reflective paint finishes.
How long does the work take?
Each coat needs time to dry before the next application and sanding. Timing depends on the space and conditions; the team confirms a schedule with the quote.
Can you repair water damage or textured ceilings?
Yes. CFM repairs drywall and offers texture removal. The source of moisture must be resolved and the existing material assessed before the finishing work begins.
